F.W. (Bill) Hulse, IV is co-founder, Chairman and principal shareholder of PrimeRevenue, Inc., a Supply Chain Finance company. He is also a Principal of River Capital, an Atlanta based Private Equity Firm which he co-founded in 1984. More»
Before River Capital, Mr. Hulse was President and Chairman of Hangar One, Inc., a company that he owned and sold to Beech Aircraft in 1983. Mr. Hulse was also the owner of Aviation Supply Company, which he sold to Piedmont Airlines in 1983.
Mr. Hulse was formerly Chairman of American Beechcraft Company, a Director of Fuqua Enterprises, Inc.(NYSE) and numerous privately held companies. In addition, Mr. Hulse has served as Chairman of General Hardware Company and Piedmont Aviation Services, Inc., both of which were River Capital portfolio companies.
Mr. Hulse served on the Board of Managers of the University of Virginia Alumni Association, the Board of the World President's Organization, and the Board of Trustees of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a member of several business and civic organizations including the Atlanta Rotary Club, the International Business Fellows and served as International President of the Young President's Organization.
Mr. Hulse received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree from the Harvard Business School.

Prior to becoming President, Patrick spent the past seven years as the Vice President of Sales at Prime Factors where he was responsible for the strategic leadership and growth of the world-wide sales organization
Before Prime Factors, Patrick spent six years at Peregrine Systems and Harbinger Corporation where he developed the sales methodology for the SME market, followed by four successful years as a major account sales manager and channel sales manager.
Patrick lives in the greater Dallas area with his wife and son.

Gary Sarasin - VP of Product Development
Gary Sarasin brings a vast array of knowledge and experience to his position as VP of Product Development. With over 30 years in computer programming and design experience Gary has worked on a dozen different computer platforms with a variety of languages and databases. More»
During the first 10 years of Gary's career he worked for federal and local government as a programmer where he learned the intricacies of mainframe assembler programming and higher-level languages.
The next 8 years Gary worked for Pacific Bell where he learned and worked with some of the best. Gary learned additional programming languages and designed communications software using finite state techniques.
Since working as a software designer and programmer since 1994 with Prime Factors, Gary has been instrumental in the efficient design philosophy he implemented. This has allowed Prime Factors to develop and maintain three major products that run on multiple computer platforms using the same code base.
