Technical Support Hours

Telephone technical support hours are 8:00-5:00 PT (Monday-Friday excluding US holidays).

At any time you can report a tech support question or a product licensing question by clicking on the word "Support" on the horizontal menu bar near the top of our home page. A dropdown menu will display your options. You will get a case number by email as soon as you complete a web form, and you can expect a personal response within two business hours. In an emergency during off hours you can get our pager number when you call our main number at 541-345-4334.
