License Request

You may need to request a product license for any of the following reasons:

1. You purchased the Prime Factors software and you need a permanent license to replace your temporary trial license.
2. You are planning to upgrade the computer on which your Prime Factors software is running.
3. You are planning to transfer your Prime Factors software from one computer to another.
4. You have a multi-processing computer environment and the Prime Factors software may run on one of several processors at a given time.

If your need for a license falls under one of these categories, request a regular license.

When you have a situation where your permanent Prime Factors license is suddenly invalid, you can request an emergency license using your current license information and have a 7-day license generated for you instantaneously. Emergency License Requests may be needed especially after normal working hours for any of the following reasons:

1. You are in the process of upgrading the computer on which your Prime Factors software is running and just discovered that the license is not valid on the upgraded computer.
2. You are in the process of transferring your Prime Factors software from one computer to another and just discovered that the license is not valid on the new computer.
3. You have a multi-processing computer environment and the Prime Factors software may run on a processor that is not currently covered by your license.

To request an emergency license, please have your current license information available and generate an emergency license.
