Disaster Recovery License Policy

Being in the security industry, Prime Factors understands that having a disaster recovery plan is crucial within any organization. It is even more important to perform periodic testing of your disaster recovery systems to make sure you are ready for an emergency. As we continue to grow at Prime Factors, we want to make sure all of our customers are aware of our disaster recovery testing policy.

We provide a (30) thirty-day temporary disaster recovery license for testing purposes twice per year for any of our customers at no charge. All you need to do is notify us 15 days prior to your testing in order to receive your temporary license.

Alternatively, a permanent disaster recovery license can be purchased for (75%) seventy-five percent off the production list price. This choice fits the needs of customers who must perform disaster recovery testing more than (2) twice per year or for those who want a permanent disaster recovery machine in place with the software installed and ready to go at all times.
