Telephone technical support hours are 8:00-5:00 PT (Monday-Friday excluding US holidays shown below).

At any time you can report a tech support question or a product licensing question by filling out the Help Request Form. You will get a case number by email as soon as you complete a web form, and you can expect a personal response within two business hours. 

In an emergency during off hours or on any of the holidays listed below you can reach our messaging service when you call our main number at 541-345-4334 and press 5.
