    Telephone technical support hours are 8:00-5:00 PT (Monday-Friday excluding US holidays shown below).

    At any time you can report a tech support question or a product licensing question by filling out the Help Request Form. You will get a case number by email as soon as you complete a web form, and you can expect a personal response within two business hours. 

    In an emergency during off hours you can reach our messaging service when you call our main number at 541-345-4334 and press 5.
