June 2, 2026 - As Prime Factors continues to advance our data security solutions and deepen our industry partnerships, we are pleased to introduce two strategic additions to our leadership team whose backgrounds in payments and cybersecurity align directly with the next phase of our growth.

In the first half of this year, we welcomed Jeff Kerpics as Director of Strategic Accounts, and Rasa Ryali as Director of Product Management. Both Jeff and Rasa bring deep expertise that will strengthen our partnerships and accelerate our payment security roadmap.

About Jeff Kerpics, Director of Strategic Accounts

Prime Factors is pleased to welcome Jeff Kerpics in the role of Director of Strategic Accounts, in which he will manage strategic client and partner relationships. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in senior account management, executive sales, and strategic partnership development across the financial services and cybersecurity industries, with a track record of helping security companies scale and grow through successful acquisitions.

Most recently, Jeff served at Mastercard, where he held roles in business development for the company's Cybersecurity, Fraud, and Dispute solutions across specialty accounts, and earlier directed product enablement for its Financial Crimes Solutions across North America. He joined Mastercard from CipherTrace, a Mastercard company focused on cryptocurrency intelligence and blockchain analytics, where he led global partnerships and sales. Earlier in his career, Jeff held senior sales leadership roles at companies including nCipher Security (now part of Entrust), Dome9 Security, Voltage Security, and Arcot Systems, spanning encryption, hardware security modules, cloud security, and authentication solutions across financial services and payments.

About Rasa Ryali, Director of Product Management

Prime Factors is pleased to welcome Rasa Ryali to the team as Director of Product Management, where she will own the product vision and roadmap for Prime Factors’  payment security solutions. Rasa joins Prime Factors from Thales Cyber Security Products, where she led product management for the Thales payShield 10K HSM, the payment industry-leading hardware security module. With more than 14 years of cross-functional experience spanning software development, payments, cybersecurity, and product strategy, Rasa brings deep industry knowledge of payment HSMs, key management, EMV, and PCI standards.
